- Those who have got their admission in college after passing 12th
- You have to be a resident of Uttar Pradesh. You have to provide a Residence Certificate from Uttar Pradesh.

Uttar Pradesh Free Laptop Yojana 2021 is started by the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Shri Yogi Aditya Nath Ji. This scheme is to encourage all eligible students to encourage towards education. The eligible students will be given laptops for free by the State Government of Uttar Pradesh. The main purpose of this scheme is to encourage students and promote education in the state. For this scheme, 1800 Crore is allocated by the State Government.
